The interior of Costa Dorada contains the best roads in Europe to train road cycling all year round. Surrounded by a typical Mediterranean natural and rural environment, we will travel by bicycle on the little routes of the area. In geographical terms, this area is characterized not only by its long and sunny beaches, but once past this flat coastal area, we find an interior of demanding mountainous relief and it will be here, where we will carry out our activity. These types of routes are a great way to train. They are like a long, nice and fun fartlek!
