Start the route

The good views on clear days repay the effort of the climb, before you go along the undulating ridge path to the 12th-century chapel of Sant Pere del Puig. Continue down along the old path from Sant Pere to La Selva. The first stretch does not allow bicycles (if you are on a mountain bike you have the alternative of riding down the paved track). From La Selva del Camp, after following the main road for a short stretch, take the new path to Sant Pere on the right, which you leave soon to carry straight on, on the level, along the old path towards Almoster. Passing between fields of crops you reach the local road, which you will have to follow for a short stretch (watch out for cars, as it is very narrow) until you reach Almoster, crossing the torrent.
