Morning excursion to enjoy the first flowering of the almond trees, in a winter season. The Greeks were responsible for expanding the cultivation of this tree for the Mediterranean, which was soon appreciated for its multiple usability: medicinal, culinary, aphrodisiac... We will be waiting for the weather forecast in case the cold slows its flowering. During the excursion we will offer you "menjar blanc" for breakfast, one of the desserts that were already made by the Carthusian monks, made entirely from almonds.
